We are looking for a Field Marketing Program Specialist to join our Marketing Team, support the sales organization in France and initiate and develop our international lead generation strategy.
Your goal is to implement marketing programs that feed the pipeline and ensure revenue growth in France (replacement of maternity leave) and Europe (later USA) that EGERIE is currently starting to develop.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Marketing & Communication and the VP Business International to manage and execute campaigns that engage key accounts and channel
France:
- Define the targets, supports and formats of digital and offline marketing campaigns in support of direct sales and channel
- Increase the digital visibility of the company and its products
- Be proactive and write editorial content to feed online or offline marketing & communication materials (presentations, brochures, datasheets, mailing, webinars, etc.)
- Carry out a competitive watch on their positioning, messages and marketing materials used
- Manage lead qualification process for lead follow-up, nurturing, and outbound campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI (utilize and manage several ABM platforms/tools to run highly targeted campaigns)
- Improve the SEO: content upload (media coverage, press release, case studies, social media influencers & communities), blog publications from local activities (interviews, web conferences, industry events)
International Go-to-Market:
- Propose and deliver a localization strategy (UK, Germany, Spain, Italy): brand awareness, lead generation campaigns and content for the region – including website, customer references, content, organic and paid digital assets, social media, exhibitions, …
- Proactively drive campaign strategy and monitor, track, and measure regional marketing performance to goals, identifying key areas for optimization (funnel metrics)
- Increase our international contact database, engagement, and opportunities
- Manage local lead qualification process for lead follow-up, nurturing to run highly targeted campaigns
- Develop the SEO: content upload, blog publications from local activities (interviews, web conferences, industry events)
- Help on translation and localization from French to English (other languages appreciated)

You are an individual who has:
- Preferably educated to degree level (or equivalent) with 3-5 years best-in-class B2B marketing experience within SaaS / Software / Technology
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel and sales funnel metrics
- Thrive on the challenge of consistently delivering high-impact results – hands on execution whilst also leveraging and influencing other stakeholders to support your goals
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills are essential – simultaneously managing multiple projects, campaigns, stakeholders, and deliverables to track against goal
- A great team player, ready to jump in and help, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- An integrated marketing mindset – proven history of delivering regional campaigns that deliver inbound and outbound demand across multiple marketing channels, with strong expertise in at least two key marketing disciplines i.e., ABM, digital, SEO, content, demand generation, web and/or events highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Fluency in French and English essential; Spanish or Italian desirable
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with an ability to work autonomously, with personal motivation to continuously deliver results (leads, pipeline, ROI etc.) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience using Marketing automation to build, test and execute end-to-end campaigns
- Willingness to learn, embrace challenges, be resilient, consistently seeking out opportunities to grow personally and professionally
